I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist for about 9 years now and local to Anthem for the last 6. I opened Hair Collective Anthem about a year ago and have since built a team and clientele that I love working with every day. I personally specialize in blondes and color melting using Redken color and styling products. I also offer Bellami Sew In Extensions, Keratin treatments, and travel wedding styling. On the side, I love planning styled photo shoots and creating the full look from hair to outfits to venue and decor. In my “free” time I’m a wife and mama to 3 kiddos under 5 and am heavily involved in their extra curricular activities as well as community happenings here in Anthem. I am currently accepting new clients and can’t wait to have you in my chair!

I am a family nurse practitioner originally hailing from central Illinois. After earning my BSN from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2004, I pursued a path in nursing that led me through the fields of intensive care, trauma and interventional cardiology. I ventured to Arizona in 2006 and found my heart captivated by the desert's beauty. I also found my heart captivated by my husband, who I met and married in Phoenix. We have two amazing children.

With my heart dedicated to healing, I earned my MSN, FNP from Grand Canyon University and proudly graduated as a member of Sigma Theta Tau- Nu Upsilon Chapter, showcasing my commitment to nursing excellence.

My journey in healthcare, as a nurse practitioner, spans across primary care, cardiology, pulmonology, women's health, and personal injury. Through these experiences, I discovered a deep passion for helping individuals not only heal physically, but also thrive emotionally and mentally. I am dedicated to instilling values of love, dedication, kindness, curiosity, movement and overall wellness in both my own family and in the lives of those I care for.

Driven by this purpose, I've delved into advanced training, mastering techniques such as bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and peptide therapy. My expertise extends to performing injections for joint and soft tissue ailments, administering occipital nerve blocks, PRP treatments as well as neurotoxins and fillers to enhance aesthetics and overall well-being. Guided by a sincere desire to help people feel their best and become the best version of themselves, I continue to embody the spirit of care, compassion, and growth in all that I do.

Hello, my name is Tracy and I have been in the beauty business for over 25 years. I am fully licensed Nail Technician and Esthetician which included being fully certified regarding sterile techniques. I really love what I do and to be able to interact with so many wonderful people. I always keep up to date with the latest styles and together we will create your own style. I have a safe, clean, experienced and of course, happy environment. For the clients (friends now) who have been with me for 20 plus years to all the new, I very much look forward to giving you the absolute best nail and aesthetic experience possible. My name is Stephanie Rotella. I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and have been a hairdresser for 13 years. I also have experience in salon management. I originally went to college to study psychology, but found a passion in helping people with their hair instead. I come from a family background of Italian barbers and hairdressers, so it was always in my blood. I have three wonderful daughters, ages 10, 6 and 2. If I have any spare time, I enjoy going to concerts, comedy shows and singing karaoke. I am usually known for my fun, outgoing personality. I love to make people laugh. I am also known for being a good listener. I am the person people tend to open up to the most.
When it comes to doing hair, I am very versatile. I love doing fun, new sassy styles, and enjoy doing all the classic styles. I am patient with cutting small kids' hair, and specialize with men's cuts and fades. I do great color consultations and will listen to any concerns you may have.
I love what I do, I love being around people and love making them feel good about themselves.

I got my start in Chicago then moved to Seattle and have been in Phoenix for the past 20 years.

I have a long tenure at multiple salons stretching from Scottsdale to Anthem, AZ., where I currently reside.
My education as a cutter, stylist, colorist and extension artist is a constant, ongoing venture. My passion is to give my guests their very own WOW factor with an "Effortlessly chic" look they can wear daily and easily glam up for the night. I'm here for your "WOW."
